Digital Products, Refunds, and Withdrawal Rights

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of crochet patterns and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable once access to the digital file has begun.

Our products are instant-access digital downloads. After purchase, you will receive access to the downloadable file(s), and because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after digital delivery has begun.

For customers in the EU, EEA, UK, or any other location where a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off right may apply, by purchasing an instant digital download from Little Green Feather, you expressly consent to receiving access to the digital content immediately, before the end of any applicable withdrawal or cancellation period. You also acknowledge that once access to the digital content begins, you lose your right to withdraw from or cancel that purchase.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law, including rights that may apply if a digital file is defective, inaccessible, corrupted, or not as described.
