Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of crochet patterns and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable once access to the digital file has begun.

Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges after digital delivery has begun.

Orders may only be cancelled before the digital item has been fulfilled, delivered, accessed, or made available for download. Once the file has been delivered, fulfilled, accessed, or made available, the purchase is final.

For customers in the EU, EEA, UK, or any other location where a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off right may apply, by purchasing an instant digital download from Little Green Feather LLC, you expressly consent to receiving access to the digital content immediately, before the end of any applicable withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period. You also acknowledge that once access to the digital content begins, you lose your right to withdraw from or cancel that purchase.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law, including rights that may apply if a digital file is defective, inaccessible, corrupted, or not as described.

Little Green Feather LLC sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Because all products are delivered digitally, shipping rates, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, customs duties, and physical delivery timelines do not apply.
