Lonely Lighthouse is a lovely overlay mosaic blanket pattern designed by me to remind you of days by the sea. Partly inspired by the Iron and Wine song House by the Sea, and partly inspired by a trip I took to Seattle, Washington as a teen, I think this blanket captures the moodiness of the ocean and the hopefulness of a shining beacon of light to guide you home.
The blanket is 150 stitches wide by 201 rows high and measures approximately 43” by 57.5” (110cm by 147cm) not including border when made in worsted weight yarn with a 5.0mm hook.
Note--This pattern starts with the lighter yarn color that you wish to use
This pattern does not teach you how to do mosaic crochet. It does not teach you to switch colors within a row (an understanding of how to switch colors within a row is not necessary to complete this pattern, however a link to a reference video is included should you choose to do so).

Love it! Thank you so much.
I had so much fun making this project! It took about 3 weeks by doing 10 rows a day. I love making mosaic blankets and this one I have made for my parents for Christmas. It turned out lovely and I will definitely be making it again. :)
I'm only halfway done with the Lonely Lighthouse blanket, but I love it so much! The written pattern is extremely easy to follow.

Patroon is duidelijk en goed te volgen. Wel is het handig om de Engelse benamingen van de steken te kennen, maar als je die eenmaal weet hoeft het geen probleem te zijn om dit patroon te haken.
