Lonely Lighthouse is a lovely overlay mosaic blanket pattern designed by me to remind you of days by the sea. Partly inspired by the Iron and Wine song House by the Sea, and partly inspired by a trip I took to Seattle, Washington as a teen, I think this blanket captures the moodiness of the ocean and the hopefulness of a shining beacon of light to guide you home.
The blanket is 150 stitches wide by 201 rows high and measures approximately 43” by 57.5” (110cm by 147cm) not including border when made in worsted weight yarn with a 5.0mm hook.
Note--This pattern starts with the lighter yarn color that you wish to use
This pattern does not teach you how to do mosaic crochet. It does not teach you to switch colors within a row (an understanding of how to switch colors within a row is not necessary to complete this pattern, however a link to a reference video is included should you choose to do so).

Love it! Thank you so much.
Love this pattern. Made for my daughter's upcoming birthday as she's a big fan of New England and visiting the many lighthouse's throughout the northeast. Found the written steps so simple to follow and turned out beautifully using Loops & Threads Navy and Off-white yarn.
Just started the Afghan but so far so good.
The seller was incredibly helpful, I am left handed and the original pattern did not include a written left handed one but I contacted her and she replied very quickly and sent me one with the left handed pattern. It was so easy to follow and I loved making this.
I haven't started it yet, waiting for yarn. I have read thru the pattern , which is easy to read and understand. I love your patterns
